How Pop-Up Ads give impacts to destroy Myanmar dictatorship
When you are using web browser or free to play game, there is a little advertisement place appeared from nowhere. Sometimes, It also annoying when you see many many times. These are called Pop-Up ads. However, this technology gives a chance to support revolution to destroy dictatorship. Did you believe it? This is the real story how the tiny graphical web display gives tons of impacts.
In the year, 2021 in February, Myanmar military
announced that they detained civil government and control the full power for a
long time because of the fraud election. Many analytics and researchers from
the election said that Myanmar election results were fair, and they found no
suspicious activities. The main reason is that the military party lost entirely
to rival civil party lead by Aung San Suu Kyi.
2021 coup d’état is
nothing new for the people of Myanmar. The Burmese military first seized power
in 1962 controlled the country for several years. When Suu Kyi’s National
League for Democracy (NLD) opposition party emerged victorious, the junta
annulled the election results and increased repression in 1990. But this
time, people were very angry because of the impacts of Covid-19 and military
coup. So, many of Myanmar citizens turn in to reform people army supported by
civil government to overthrow dictatorship. But there was a problem. How do
they get money to support arm forces and weapons?
There was a lot of
revolutions and battles between military and people. But these are failed because
of the strong military forces and strong financial background. Because of the advanced
technologies in 21st century, people can get funds from the internet
to revenge to destroy dictatorship.

In most cases, the donation
generated by each user only amounts to a few cents, but the goal is to
accumulate enough clicks to add up to a significant amount. As an example, I
watch and click about 15 ads per day from the websites created by civil leaders.
After that, I donated a dollar for 15 ads. Imagine there is 1 million of people
who did the same, there is 1 million dollars per day are funded to people army.
The rise of online advertising strategies
came around 2001 following the dot com bubble burst which caused many websites
start with .com to be shut down. These pop-up advertisings could be convenient to
get website traffic and save tons of money advertising from newspaper, bulletins,
and billboards at that time. Pop-up advertisings helped some startup and major
companies to survive and rise from the burst later in 2001.
In general, pop-up advertisements
can be annoying for most people in negative way. It is because of the bad
looking graphics and fishy sentences that make people seems to hate a lot to
pop-up ads. In facts, pop-up ads changed the way of advertising and marketing industries,
and they created the foundation of digital marketing. They funded capitals for
small companies to recover as soon as possible and support to expand customers
in cheapest way. And now, they give financial support Myanmar people army and
give a chance to destroy dictatorship to obtain equality, freedom, and justice in
the fastest way.
